At Brian Dental Care with Implantologist Dr. Brian D. Kim

A patient came to our office with severe periodontal disease and difficulty chewing. Due to the condition, all teeth needed to be extracted. We proceeded with individual implants and implant bridges on both the upper and lower jaws.
Before implant placement, we performed bone grafting and used PRF/CGF - a membrane created from the patient’s own blood, rich in natural growth factors and proteins that promote faster healing and bone regeneration. For the upper implants, a lateral sinus lift was performed using a piezo surgical technique to ensure precision and safety.
After a healing period of 3 to 6 months per quadrant, impressions were taken, and final crowns and bridges were delivered two weeks later.
The entire treatment was completed in about 12 months, and the patient was delighted with their new, healthy, and youthful smile.
